Obituary for Jeremy Todd Leadbitter

Jeremy Todd Leadbitter, 37, of Oakdale, South Fayette Township, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024, in his home.

Jeremy was born on October 9, 1986, in Washington, PA, a son of Todd and Linda Powell Leadbitter.

Mr. Leadbitter was currently working for Garside Contracting flipping houses. He really enjoyed seeing the projects he worked on come together. As Jeremy was climbing up the ladder, his opinion and work ethic became greatly valued at Garside Contracting. They even lovingly referred to him as the “Golden Goose”, his company had such high aspirations for him. In his free time Jeremy loved being outdoors. He found a great amount of peace within nature. One of his favorite hobbies was to go fishing. There was something about the water that just helped calm him. Above all, Jeremy loved his family. He was a proud and very loving father to his four-year-old son, Malakai. He cherished his time with his son and was so honored to be his dad.

Surviving along with his parents, is his son Malakai Jay Leadbitter, siblings, Thomas Leadbitter and Amity Henry, nephew, Jackson James Henry and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends and family will be received on Sunday, February 18, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 5000 Noblestown Rd., Oakdale (724-693-2800). A Service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Robinson Run Cemetery.
