Obituary for Jan Eileen Ehle (Little)
Jan Eileen (Little) Ehle, 69, of Beaver, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022, in her home.
Jan was born on August 27, 1952, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Robert W. “Wimpy” and Mertie (Cooper) Little.
Mrs. Ehle was a graduate of West Allegheny High School class of 1970. Jan enjoyed being outdoors, she loved to travel whenever she could. Often Jan traveled to Florida to enjoy some time at the beach and in the sun. In her later years, she became a bingo expert and loved playing with her friends. Jan enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids. Being their “Nana” was her favorite role in life. Jan was truly the life of the party; she had an answer for everything. Her bold sense of humor and a witty personality is something that will never be forgotten.
Surviving are her children, Lindsay (Scott) McKee and Chad (Brandi) Ehle, grandchildren; Brittany (Shane), Kayla, Billy, Trevor, Stone, Lexi, Jake, Nadia, Dillon and Alissa, great grandkids; Declan, Slade, Kroix, Ellie and Savannah, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Along with her parents, Jan is preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond “Ray” Ehle (2015).
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 305 Main St., Imperial (724-695-2800). A service will be held on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Robinson Run Cemetery, McDonald.
