Obituary for Charles Pollard
Charles Pollard, 93, Midway passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 in St. Clair Hospital.
Chuck was born August 12,1928 in Primrose the son of the late Emil and Emma (Butterworth) Pollard.
He was a member of Center United Presbyterian Church in Midway and worked in construction for 35 years with Ben Construction Co. He also enjoyed spending time with his loving family. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Midway Vol. Fire Dept.
Chuck was preceded in death by his loving wife, Bobbetta (Brun) Pollard who died on June 12, 2011. He is survived by his beloved Family; children, Debra “Debi” Maroni, Dawn (Richard) Nuss, Charles “Chuck” (Renae) Pollard; grandchildren, Brad Nuss, Michael Maroni, Shea Maroni, Danielle Pollard, Jared Pollard, Nicole Pollard, Adam Pollard and the late Jason Nuss; also surviving are six great-grandchildren.
Chuck was preceded in death by three brothers.
A Committal Service will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 11 a.m., on April 14, 2022. Friends and family are asked to arrive between 10:30 and 10:50 a.m.
