Obituary for Ardith A. Hoberek (Rosser)

Ardith A. (Rosser), Hoberek, 85, of Sturgeon, North Fayette Twp., passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021.

Ardith was born on July 29, 1936, in Sturgeon, a daughter of the late James and Alice (Tyson) Rosser.

Mrs. Hoberek was a retired packager for Stylett Plastic. Being from Sturgeon all her life, Ardith built roots in that town deeper than anyone ever has. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were so blessed to have her for so long. There was never a time that Ardith missed a birthday, holiday or wedding. She loved surrounding herself with her large family, and although there was never a quiet moment that is what she loved the most about them.

Surviving are her children, William Hoberek, Robert (Bonnie) Hoberek, James Hoberek, and Lynn Hoberek, grandchildren, Robert, Shawn (Widya) Hoberek, Chad (Diane) Hoberek, Christine (Mark) Garris, Allison Hoberek, Courtney Hoberek, Staci Hoberek, Canadace (Mike) Bobrowski, Angela Michele and David Leichliter, and 6 great grandchildren.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband, William S. Hoberek (2016), son, John Hoberek (2021), brother, James Rosser Jr., and daughter-in-law, Kathy Hoberek.

Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald (724-926-2800).
